As a passionate activist for fair and equitable solutions, Verónica Vázquez has over 2 decades of experience as a leading community voice working in both the non-profit and private sector. She is the founder and CEO of ICG Innovare Communication Group, LLC, a communication and media company targeting communities in both English/Spanish.  The company is focused intently in collaboration with the community it serves.  Its purpose is to enrich its audience and offer both developmental and creative ideas needed for individuals, families and businesses to succeed in whichever endeavor they decide on. ICG was Awarded as the Business of the Year in 2022 by the Washington County Chamber of Commerce. One of Veronica’s most proud achievements is when she was recognized as the Executive Producer and host of Elemento Latino, an independent, Spanish-language television program, that airs on social media platforms and Telemundo Portland.  With this platform, she feels her reach has become more wide and important. As a collaborator for Telemundo Portland, Veronica is able to bring news and entertainment to the Spanish-speaking community in Oregon and SW Washington.
